Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant for an immediate start in their Brownhills based office.
Working in an experienced Accounts team, this role will support in processing numerous financial transactions and assisting with purchase and sales ledger.

* Review incoming purchase invoices against orders made
* Allocate costs to correct contract / valuation sheet
* Enter purchase invoices onto accounts software
* Answer incoming calls to the accounts team
* Purchase ledger, sales ledger, cashbook postings & bank recs
* Other administration tasks which may arise

The Accounts Assistant candidate will have experience of working within an accounts function and have knowledge and experience of purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliation.
