Our client is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator, the role is initially temporary but should lead to a permanent position. This is a Monday – Friday role and based in Bathgate.
You will act as support for incoming reactive repairs calls and be responsible for scheduling reactive works for internal engineers, providing a professional and comprehensive service to all clients. In addition, you will be required to prioritise and organise urgent housing repairs when required, ensuring that all messages are responded to and work is carried out in time. There will be an administrative element to this role, you will record maintenance work done and ensure the required certificates and compliance is completed.
Our client is seeking someone with experience in a Scheduling or Administration role. Candidates with good communication and customer services skills will also be very appealing to our client. The successful candidate will be highly organised, have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload whilst working under pressure.
