Conveyancing Solicitor – Home Sales
This major firm are now looking for a Conveyancer to join their Home Sales department in their Taunton office. This particular role has developed due to quality contracts coming in, so the work is definitely there and little business development is needed.
They are looking for a self-motivated individual who can provide the highest level of professionalism and high quality service to clients. You will be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and be able to hit tight deadlines and can emphasise a ‘can do’ attitude.
You will also have the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel proficiently and will be comfortable using new databases and case management systems with other software packages.
This is obviously a busy and bustling role, so accuracy and efficiency with the ability to remain calm under pressure is a necessity.
On a daily basis:
You will be collating and creating important legal documents, preparing reports for clients, billing, call handling, progressing transactions from instruction through to completion as well as providing after sales assistance to the firms client developers. This is not a full list of responsibilities as this is just to outline what is expected.
