Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work within a busy online distribution office based in Leeds. The hours are flexible between 8am – 9am start and 5pm finish Monday to Friday. This is a temporary, ongoing position for the right candidate with an immediate start.

The duties will include the following:

* Booking in Deliveries

* Answering the phone to help customer issues and delivery dates.

* Dealing with Suppliers returns and arranging a collection

* Updating CRM to notify departments.

* It would be all done via different IT systems

It is essential that you have experience with Customer service and using computers.
