Customer service Agent

Working within a multi skilled inbound and outbound contact centre team, the purpose of this role is to support both direct customers and trade partners. The primary focus of the role is to achieve revenue targets, deliver a premium service to customers and to ensure that the company is retaining their high value customers, through every call, email and interaction.

This role will be working 37.5 hours a week and will include weekend work. The shift patterns range from 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.

Responsibilities will include:

Working towards revenue targets

Servicing existing bookings and enquiries through in-house System to match customers’ needs

Perform against weekly/monthly department/personal KPIs

Delivering a personalised and premium level of customer service for every contact

Achieve service levels to ensure the Company

Manage email inboxes, ensure that responses are completed within the required turnaround times.

The successful candidate will have:

Worked in a customer service/sales/operational environment.

Good attention to detail

Ability to multi task and work under pressure

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Flexible, approachable with a passion for the business.
