Job role: French Customer Service Administrator
Location: Derby & Nottingham Opportunities (Remote working)
Pay Rate: £10ph-£10.23ph (£20,000)
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours
Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting to a number of French speaking roles in both Derby and Nottingham, our clients are leading international retail and e-commerce giants.
You will receive first class training and support, these opportunities are initially on temporary basis but could be the start of an exciting career for the right candidate.
What will the role involve:
Assisting on projects working closely with the customer service and sales teams
Liaising with customers via email and telephone
Updating European customers on delivery schedules
Processing customer orders using CRM database
Handling customer returns
Responding to all enquiries regarding services and productsWho are we looking for:
Candidates must also be fluent in both French and English
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Relationship building and and interpersonal skills
