We are looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company
- Give strategic advice to their Tier 1 clients and take an active/leadership role amongst the all agency mix
- To architect integrated brand frameworks and creative channel strategies across a multitude of channels
- Inspire the team to create thought-provoking and creative strategies that put insight and thinking at the forefront of brief responses
- Comprehend and translate sector insight to enable actionable insight for clients
- Analyse the business positioning using a variety of data sources and work collaboratively across departments
- To lead a cross-discipline team in creating new agency products, propositions and technologies that can solve identified sector problems
- Ensuring all implemented strategies provide commercial gain for the client and agency alike, with crystal clear financial communication
- 8+ years in a strategic position, preferably agency side
- Creative but also commercial – balancing the commercial objectives of the agency alongside the requirements and creative ambition of the client
- Experience of digital, performance based marketing
- The ability to demonstrate thought leadership and proactively provide considered insight, information and trend data
- Verifiable experience in creating, developing and implementing successful strategies for blue chip clients
- Experience in managing and developing a team
