Recruit2Care are expanding and we are looking for an innovative and creative recruitment resourcer to join the Andover team.
Whilst recruitment experience is not essential the right person will be able to demonstrate:
Exceptional administration experience
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail
An energetic and creative nature
Enjoy talking on the phone and meeting new people.

The Resourcer Role will involve:
Advertising jobs on various job sites, creating and managing adverts
Organising and attending open days and events
Pre-screening candidates and booking them in to register, ensuring all compliance checks are completed
Uploading information and right to work documents on to the computer system
Managing social media accounts and posts
Booking candidates on to training
Building effective relationships with candidates and clients
Processing weekly payroll
Managing out of office service as part of the team

Skills Required

Experience working in a customer service, call centre, telesales or similar environment
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential
Good computing and literacy skills
