Sales Support Executive – Investments – Contract – London

Day Rate: Up to £280

My client is looking for a Sales Support Executive to support their DC Pensions team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of sales and marketing materials which are part of the new business process for UK and Multinational DC opportunities. The role will involve direct interfacing with the Workplace Investing Sales Team and working closely with a number of internal departments: Legal, Finance, Propositions, Administration and Communication & Education as well as with external Benefit Consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of business proposals, questionnaire and survey responses for prospective UK DC & Multinational clients and for existing DC client plan reviews.

Liaise with external benefit consultants and clients on new business opportunities

Preparation of Consultant ‘panel’ responses.

Preparation of new business presentations for the Business Development Team.

Preparation of Consultant presentations for the Business Development Team.

Preparation of sales briefs for Senior Management and Business Finance to evaluate new DC business opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

Relevant experience in RFP related roles preferred

Strong communication skills – written and oral

Highest attention to detail

Numerate – ability to interpret and utilise statistical data

Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and on own initiative

An investigative and resourceful approach to problem solving

Ability to build close working relationships with other departments
